This cottage is located on Big Tub Road, across the street from the water. This large cottage was completely remodeled during in the spring of 2011, it features all new furnishings, electronics, flooring, ceilings, bathrooms and a brand new kitchen complete with full sized oven, fridge and dishwasher.

This cottage has three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table and large living room.
